Ein Weihnachtsgeschenk von Elke und Michael.
Diese wirklich phantastische Konzert-DVD lässt keine Wünsche offen. Regisseur David Mallet gelang es, die Atmosphäre der Royal Albert Hall auf eindrucksvolle Weise einzufangen. David Gilmour und seine Mitstreiter (u.a. Phil Manzanera, David Crosby und Graham Nash) sind in bester Spiellaune und das Publikum kann kaum glauben, was da auf der Bühne alles geboten wird. Neben dem fast schon obligatorischen Auftritt von Robert Wyatt taucht am Ende gar David Bowie auf, um aus "Arnold Layne" und dem ersten Teil von "Comfortably Numb" seine "ganz eigenen" Songs zu machen.
Disc 2 einthält, sehr zur Freude der Gilmour-Gefolgschaft, drei Easter Eggs, die die ohnehin üppig gefüllten DVDs noch um einige Schmankerl bereichern.
