Für die Zusammenstellung der Versionen von Disc 5 des Box Sets wurden Mono-Aufnahmen aus Original-Vinyl-Quellen restauriert und "entklickt". Die verwendete Promotion-LP bzw -Single hatte Atlantic Records speziell für die Austrahlung durch US-Radiostationen produzieren lassen.
Tracks 1 - 5: Mono album mix used for radio promotion only in the USA
Track 6: Edited mono single mix used for radio promotion only in the USA
Die meisten Tracks enthalten zum Teil mehrere, individuell untertitelte Parts. Aus Platzgründen wurden diese Unterteilungen im Booklet der DVD weggelassen (im DVD-Menü sind sie größtenteils aufgeführt). Die vollständigen Trackbezeichnungen des Original-Albums hier noch einmal zusammengefasst:
