"The bonus track 'Hurt' is only on the European version

because Thomas (Waber) at Inside/out asked for one. It's pretty

much that simple. They've done a lot for us and it was a easy/fun

song to cut so we obliged. BTW, I didn't write it. It's an old song

by a band called 'Code Blue' that Al and I used to go see in LA

clubs in the early 80's. I think it was the 80's anyway. I always

loved the song and SB thought it would be fun to record. It's pretty

different from what we usually do but we hope you like it."
